Pre-Existing Damage: Ian's Auto Detail is not responsible for repairs of any damage discovered prior to or during the detail. Our team will document and notify you of any pre-existing damage, but repair costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Missed Spots & Payment: If you identify a spot we missed after leaving the shop, you are still required to pay for the service in full. Please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily address the missed area — however, refusal to pay after departure does not release you from the obligation to pay for services rendered.
50% Down Payment: A 50% non-refundable down payment of the total service price is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the detail. Failure to provide the down payment may result in forfeiture of your scheduled time slot.
